As a young professional, you will start working within our experienced and innovative teams that will share their experience with you. At BESIX you can count on many training sessions and regular coaching meetings. We invest and believe in our people. It is important to know that you can easily switch between different departments. Graduating as a young professional in construction or electromechanical engineering? Meet us at our campus recruitments which we regularly undertake during the academic year and do not hesitate to subscribe to and attend the BESIX Young Professional Days (BYPD) that are organized each year in March and April.

BYPD is a great mix of networking and learning where you will get to know more about the opportunities that lie ahead and what it means to work for BESIX. During this day, you will also have the opportunity to meet our managers, recruiters and colleagues, and maybe launch your career in the biggest Belgian construction company!

The youth must be served. BESIX Young Community or BYC has become a real household name within the Group: whether organizing charity and sports events, supporting the Solidarity Days, or getting together to enjoy a social activity or a fun day out, this worldwide network of young employees has become a community in the truest sense of the word.

BYC has created an international social network for young employees who want to develop their careers and contacts in the Group’s countries of operation. Different Community events have been organized in different countries (Qatar, The Netherlands, etc.)
